GENERAL QUESTIONS

Question:  How do I get storage for my wine?
Answer:    Fill out an application and fax it to Vintage Storage to
                  begin the process.

Question:  Will Vintage Storage receive and store my wine for me?
Answer:      Vintage Storage will receive, inspect box for damage, and
               store your wine in a holding locker.  Nominal fee  may
               apply.

Question:  How long does it take to get my wine out of storage?
Answer:    Wine is available for pick-up during business hours at any
              time.  Requests for non-business hours pickup will accommodated if                                    
              possible. The longer the lead time the more likely your request will be
             able to be fulfilled..

Question: What about power outages?
Answer:    Technicians are on call 24 hours a day 365 days a year to restore
             power to Vintage Storage systems.

Question:  Can my wine store ship directly to Vintage Storage?
Answer:     Yes.  VS will accept any shipment and place in a holding
              locker.  Any purchases from Wine Street will be de-
              livered directly to VSI at no charge to the customer.

 

 

INSURANCE QUESTIONS

Question:  Does Vintage Storage Inc. have insurance?  
Answer:    Yes

Question:  Does Vintage Storage insurance cover your wine?  
Answer:    No

Question:  Can you insure your wine collection through your
                   homeowner's or tenant's insurance policy?
Answer:    Yes

Question:  Can Vintage Storage assist in helping you purchase a
                   separate insurance policy to cover your wine?
Answer:    Yes
